The Level Decking- Ground Floor
This Apartment has its own private entrance to the lounge area and separate kitchen; Bedroom with double bed, lounge/dining area, fully fitted bathroom with shower cubicle and heater, partial central heating. Easy access to gardens and the Sea front.

The Anchor- Ground Floor
This Apartment has views and direct access to Torbay Gardens. One large Bedroom with double bed and pine bunk beds, there is space to accommodate extra guests on the sofa bed if required,large lounge with dining area, kitchen with own private entrance which opens out into the garden, fully fitted bathroom with shower cubicle and heater, partial central heating.

Sleeps 2/4 Guest.

The Admirals Quarters- First Floor
This first floor Apartment is bright and sunny with a large bay window offering sea views. Two bedrooms each with a double bed, there is space to accommodate one extra guest if required, lounge with dining area, kitchen, fully fitted bathroom with shower, bath and heater.

Sleeps 2/4 Guest.

The Riggings- First Floor
This first floor Apartment enjoys superb views of Torbay Gardens and also offers Sea Views from the bedroom. One large Bedroom with double bed and a single bed, lounge with bed settee to accommodate additional guest if required and dining area, kitchen, fully fitted bathroom with shower, bath and heater.

Sleeps 2/4 Guest.

The Look Out-Second Floor
This Apartment has the added attraction of fantastic Park and Sea views. One large Bedroom with double bed and bunk beds with washbasin, lounge with dining area, kitchen, fully fitted bathroom with shower, bath and heater

Sleeps 2/4 Guest.

The Crows Nest-Second Floor
This Apartment is south facing with Sea views. One Bedroom with double bed and En-suite bathroom, lounge with bed settee to accommodate extra guest if required and dining area, kitchen.

Sleeps 2/3 Guest.

Apartments/Flats Facilities

• Each apartment is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, micro-wave, colour television with digital free view.
• All Apartments are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard
• We have no wall beds
• Beds are made up for your arrival
• Please bring your own wash towels and kitchen towels,although these are available for hire 
• Electricity is metered
• All Apartments are heated by electric radiators with partial central heating on the ground floor
• There is an ironing board and iron on each floor
• Free Wireless connection available
• Parking is available at the front of the building with one space allocated for each Apartment.
• Apartments are usually available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure
